Rémi Prades (PhD)

Doctor of law – Former head of studies at the university of Paris XII

Before co-founding PH AVOCATS, of which he is the Managing partner, Rémi Prades was a partner at the SELNET PANTALONI FISCHER law firm.

His practice combines litigation and advisory services in fields as varied as competition and distribution law, intellectual property and real estate.

Rémi is particularly active in the pharmaceutical sector for a clientele that includes laboratories of varying sizes that he assists and advises on a daily basis with all their current legal issues as well as their strategic orientations.

He defends his other clients in their disputes and assists them with regard to their contractual and corporate needs.
