Before co-founding PH AVOCATS, Rémi Prades was a partner at the SELNET PANTALONI FISCHER law firm, of which he is the Managing partner.

Rémi is particularly active in the pharmaceutical sector for a clientele that includes laboratories of varying sizes that he assists and advises on a daily basis with all their current legal issues as well as their strategic orientations.

After practicing individually, Claude Gaudin-Hélain co-founded the PH AVOCATS firm.
Her activities focus mainly on the fields of real estate and construction, as well as insurance law.

Anis Sabri-Lebaron est spécialisé en droit des sociétés et en droit économique.
Après plusieurs expériences au sein de cabinets internationaux, Anis a développé son activité à titre individuel pendant plus de dix ans, avant de rejoindre PH AVOCATS comme associé.
Il intervient dans le cadre d'opérations de fusion-acquisition et de capital développement, tant pour le compte d’entrepreneurs, que d’investisseurs. Il assiste également les entreprises et les particuliers dans des contentieux complexes, qui le conduisent à plaider régulièrement devant les juridictions commerciales et pénales.

Laurence Bernard-Gouël has been practicing law since 1995. She works in the field of labor law and social security for a clientele composed of companies (large listed groups and small or medium-size businesses), management-level employees and company heads.
Her practice combines advisory services and litigation in the context of individual labor relations (drafting of work contracts, managing remuneration, dismissals, negotiated departures, etc.) as well as collective relations (employee-representative bodies, collective company agreements, etc.).
She also intervenes in the restructuring and reorganization of companies (audits, economic dismissals).
Graduated from the LL.M. in business law in Arab countries from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas and obtained a Master 2 in intellectual property law and new technologies from the University of Paris XI Sceaux
Rita Atallah mainly works in business law, including corporate law, real estate, and commercial contracts, both in advisory and litigation matters, for private and institutional clients.
With an in-depth knowledge of the Middle East, Rita also has a specific set of expertise to assist foreign clients with their investments in different sectors in France and to assist French clients with their investments in the Middle East.
